Privacy:

Any and all information collected from you is solely for the purpose of processing your order and our mailing list which periodically provides info and/or coupons on certain items. We do not disclose your information to any other source. If you prefer NOT to be included in our mailing list please email us at purplepaint@att.net.

Payment Options:

Payment may be made using Mastercard, Visa, Discover or Money Order. If you prefer, you may call in your credit card info to:

Returns:

• Personalized items and/or seasonal items are NOT returnable.
• Non personalized items may be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition for exchange or refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

1. To return an item please circle the item on the packing slip and note the reason for your return.
2. Please indicate if you are returning for credit or exchange and if exchanging, please note what you are exchanging for. State item, quantity, etc.
3. If the "ship to" address has changed, please include the correct address.
4. Pack item and seal securely. Include packing slip. We are not responsible for lost items, so please insure accordingly. All packages must be prepaid. No COD's will be accepted.

6. Please allow 30 days for your statement to reflect your credit.

Shipping:

Items are shipped Monday - Friday via FedEx or UPS Ground.

• Please note, larger items will need to be assembled to assure they arrive to you in the proper condition. If shipped as a gift we include colorful tissue paper packaging for a bright presentation. - Items shipped to Ct. are subject to a 6% sales tax.
• As stated in product descriptions, those items which are oversized and/or bulky are subject to an additional surcharge.
• Currently we are only shipping within the continental United States.
• Gift cards are included with your shipment if requested.
• When your order has shipped you will be sent an email with tracking information.

1-2 weeks processing plus 5-7 business days ground shipping on most items.

Custom Orders:

Custom orders are welcomed! If you'd like to match an existing pattern in the child's room, or have a pattern created based on a certain color, hobby, etc. just email or call to discuss the options. (you may also email a photo of the pattern you'd like to match) Each custom order is priced individually.
